Refund Policy
- Hassan Quran Academy offers a full refund of the online Quran learning fee if the student withdraws before the start of the month. However, once classes are confirmed and the student attends a class or is absent without prior notice to the Admin, no refund will be given.
- If a student wishes to discontinue the online Quran classes, he/she must inform Hassan Quran Academy via our official Email before the start of the month otherwise, the monthly fee would be charged for the full month.,
- For students requesting a leave of absence for a month or longer, they must notify us through the official email before the start of the month; otherwise, the full monthly fee will be charged.
There are no refunds for public holidays or absences without prior notice.
