Terms and Conditions for Students/Parents
Upon starting online classes at Hassan Quran Academy, you are bound to agree the following Terms and Conditions:
- You have the option of proceeding with Quran classes at Hassan Quran Academy upon the completion of TRIAL CLASSES.
- Monthly fee will be paid in advance in Regular Classes.
- Monthly fee must be paid in every first week of the each month with Hassan Quran Academy.
- If the fee is not paid and is over-due for more than a week time without any prior notice, Hassan Quran Academy reserves the right to stop classes.
- You have to inform us 2 hours prior to the class time if you want to take leave from the class.
- In case you do not inform us and remain absent from the classes, there will be no make-up for it, except in case of any emergency condition.

- If you discontinue the course after payment due to personal reason, there will be no refund.
- If you want to take some break from classes and hold the classes (a month or more) and want to carry on after the break, you have to pay the full fee for the said time period.
- We reserve the right of stopping the classes if the student remains absent for more than 10 days without giving us prior notice. Also, there will be no refunds.
- There will be no claim of refund for missed classes, but student can take make-up classes if prior notice has been sent to us.
- There will be no make-up schedule or refund of EID HOLIDAYS, as these are only paid holidays.
- Hassan Quran Academy never replaces any teacher except for teaching quality purposes or if a teacher is no longer able to teach.
- Our students are not allowed to share any personal information with our teachers or hire our company’s teachers personally nor teachers are allowed to share personal information or teach personally to our students, it is considered a crime. If someone does so, please inform us urgently.
- The Terms of Service and Policy of Hassan Quran Academy can be updated from time to time to provide the best education environment to our students.
